Urban Design + Planning

Our Urban Design + Planning studio works at many scales, from corridors and neighborhoods to districts, cities, and regions across California. We believe that planning should be rooted in place—it should be visionary, bold, and impactful. With expertise in urban design, housing policy, and comprehensive planning, we are working together to holistically solve today’s most pressing challenges around housing, mobility, and equity to create vibrant, livable cities. We immerse ourselves in our projects, develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges of each community, and work collaboratively with our clients and community stakeholders. Our experience enables us to craft planning and design strategies that enhance neighborhood character, improve mobility, provide meaningful housing solutions, and promote sustainability and public health—for everyone.
